Lake Country Dairy
Turtle Lake, Wisconsin is home to ASI’s premium Parmesan, Romano and Asiago production. Each wheel is made following time-tested, traditional techniques in special vats, including copper kettles. The cheese is aged up to 24 months, producing high quality, flavorful products that rival traditional Italian favorites. LCD also makes handcrafted, award winning Cello Mascarpone that has been recognized as one of the best domestically produced mascarpone cheeses in the marketplace.
Imperia Foods - WI
The Imperia Foods manufacturing facilities located in Wisconsin produce Montforte Bleu and Gorgonzola cheeses. The addition of these facilities has expanded an already vast portfolio of cheese, offering a line of award winning bleu and gorgonzola crafted using Old World traditional techniques and fresh Wisconsin milk not treated with rBGH.
Arthur Schuman West llc
Vernon, California is the location of Arthur Schuman West llc. This facility uses the most up-to-date technology to produce dehydrated cheese products. Located on the West coast, this plant provides ASI with coast to coast production and distribution capabilities.
Additional Domestic Production
In addition to in-house production, ASI has hard cheese production in Minnesota, Idaho and South Dakota. More than 50 million pounds of blocks are produced in accordance with ASI's rigorous technical specifications and exacting standards. These Parmesan, Asiago and Romano blocks are eagerly sought after by graters and others who demand the finest ingredients for their products.
